Revisit your logic for Palestine.

I’m sure some of you supports the palestinian cause.

But we would have done the same and retaliated should there be 1000 rockets fired at Singapore.

Israel had not done themselves favors with their handling of Palestine thru the decades; but that does not absolve Hamas from their responsibilities firing indiscriminately into Israel.

Remember, “eliminating Israel” means killing over 8 million people — there will never be enough rockets in Palestine to even kill half a million people. And even at that number, it exceeds even the total number of deaths suffered by the USA in World War 2.

Be conscious of what you wish for or hoping for. Violence, war and bloodshed is not going to solve “the problem” you instinctively think is the solution.

This not the dark ages, no one can be like the Genghis Khan’s Mongols, razing entire cities and killing entire populations… Not even Hitler or Stalin was capable of that in World War 2, as crazy as they are.

The only solution is via dialogue, cooperation, and compromise. Israel had been actively offering all sort of plans and ideas to Palestine — but they were all rejected — and I’m quite sure in many cases, without even reading them.

The leadership of Palestine do not make decisions with the Palestinians welfare as the primary concern. This is why Arab countries one peeling off one by one to establish diplomatic relations with Israel. Palestine has become the problem kid.

You dont have to side Israel, but I dont think siding Palestine is the right thing to do either. Neither merits any support in this new conflict as far as I am concerned.

Palestinians need to overthrow their militaristic/violent leadership if they want any form of sustained peace and progress. Shooting rockets into the heart of the most powerful military force in the Middle East is stupidity.
